Well, Mackenzie made some friends at school pretty quick. She was invited to a party the 2nd week of school. Since Darrel was on strike I was not ready to spend a lot of money. We made the girl the two brackelets on the bottom. she seem to really like them. Then Mackenzie had a friend at school that we know is going through hard times right now. We made matching friendship bracelets for the two of them.
School colors so they can wear them on fridays and have school spirit (black, white, and red). Then, Mackenzie spend a Saturday, girls day out and went down town and window shopped. Actually we did buy a little though. I got something for my niece for her wedding and Mackenzie got some beads so she could make her own jewlery. Usually we use mine but I am picky about what she can use. Here she picked out her beads and made them herself. she spent $3.00 and was able to get two bracelets and two pair of earrings. She seems to really like them.
