Granny called and said we should make snow ice cream and the girls got excited. They made it and it tasted okay even though they forgot the egg. maybe next time we will make it right and it will taste even better. They all loved it though.
Krissie...all Larry puts in snow ice cream is snow canned milk sugar vanilla that is the way his family made it and the grandgirls like it. I would be afraid of the raw egg from the grocery store.
kris, I never put an egg. I make it the way momma said. I also make ice cream from milk sugar and vanilla in a plastic baggie at school for the kids. after we get the stuff in the plastic baggie we put it in a coffee can full of ice and shake it until it turns to ice cream. the kids love to make it.
